Spinach And Cheese - cooking recipe

speck of butter
3 eggs
1 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 tsp. or less pepper
1 tsp. baking powder
24 oz. shredded Cheddar (white)
2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 small onion
Preparation

In a very large bowl, beat eggs.
Add flour, milk, pepper and baking powder and mix.
Boil spinach and drain well.
Add cheese, spinach and finely chopped onion to bowl.
In pan, melt a little butter.
Wipe excess with paper towel.
Pour mix into 13 x 9 x 2-inch Teflon pan and bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Best if covered and refrigerated overnight.
Cut like brownies when cold.
Heat in oven or microwave before serving.
