Artichoke Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can artichokes, in brine not oil
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Drain artichokes; dry with paper towel, coarsely chop.
    Mix together with rest of ingredients, spread into shallow ovenproof dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until golden.
    Serve warm with crackers or party rye.
