Mexican Wedding Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple in its own juice
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. chopped pecans
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients well and put into greased 10 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
    Pour Cream Cheese Frosting over cake while hot.
