Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. self-rising corn meal
2 eggs
1 large onion
1 small can or 1 c. cream corn
1 jalapeno pepper
1/2 stick oleo, melted
1 c. grated cheese
enough sweet milk to mix
Preparation

Beat eggs; cut up onions and pepper.
Mix in meal.
Add melted oleo; add cheese.
Save enough cheese to sprinkle on top.
Put in greased iron skillet.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done.
