Sauerkraut Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sauerkraut, drain well
    1 c. each red pepper, green pepper, celery, onion, chopped in small pieces
    1/2 c. vinegar
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. celery seed
    1 Tbsp. mustard seed or powdered mustard
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. turmeric
Preparation
    Mix well with hands.
    Put in refrigerator overnight.
    Will keep 3 months in refrigerator.
    Do not use a metal bowl.
