Corned Beef And Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 carrots, cut in 3-inch pieces
    1 (3 to 4 lb.) corned beef brisket
    2 to 3 medium onions, quartered
    cabbage, cut in small wedges
    1 to 2 c. water
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in crock-pot in the order listed.
    Cover and set on low 10 to 12 hours (high 5 to 6 hours).
    Push cabbage wedges down into liquid after 6 hours on low (or 3 hours on high).
