One Pan Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 3/4 c. Bisquick
1 1/4 c. mashed bananas
1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. oil (little over)
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. nuts
2 Tbsp. orange juice
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Generously grease bottom of 10 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
Stir all ingredients in a 3 or 4-quart bowl with fork until moistened.
Then beat vigorously for 1 minute.
Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 35 or 40 minutes (or sometimes sooner it will be nice and brown).
Cool l5 minutes. Run spatula on edge of pan.
