Herb Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium size leeks, washed, trimmed and sliced
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 tsp. dried thyme
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
    1 c. skim milk
    2 lb. all-purpose potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
    1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute leeks in 1 tablespoon butter in large skillet 8 to 10 minutes until just tender.
    Remove half of leeks.
    Add garlic and thyme; saute 2 minutes.
