Rhubarb Custard Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 yellow boxed cake mix, prepared
4 c. rhubarb, chopped
2 c. sugar
2 c. whipping cream
Preparation

Pour prepared cake mix into greased 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Mix together rhubarb and sugar.
Spread on top of cake mixture and pour whipping cream (not whipped) over the rhubarb.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until cake is done.
