Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. lard
1 egg
1 c. mashed bananas
1 1/2 tsp. soda, dissolved in milk
1 1/2 c. flour
vanilla
salt

Preparation

Cream sugar and lard; add egg.
Beat well.
Add rest of ingredients and stir thoroughly.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done.
