Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. or 1 lb. lard
4 c. flour
2 egg yolks in milk to make 1 c.
Preparation

Fold in egg and milk mixture into flour, then fold in lard to become firm. Roll out 1/4 of dough for one pie crust.
Yields 4 pie crusts.
