Zucchini Mortola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 zucchini
    1 tsp. salt
    3 to 4 eggs
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    pinch of oregano
    2 bay leaves
Preparation
    Peel zucchini.
    Cut in half and half again.
    Boil in salted water for about 5 minutes, then drain well.
    Put on bottom of a greased dish.
