White Fruitcake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. butter
    1 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    2 Tbsp. vanilla extract
    1 Tbsp. lemon extract
    2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. candied cherries, chopped
    3 c. candied pineapple, chopped
    6 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Cream butter well; add sugar and cream together until fluffy. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Add vanilla and lemon extracts; beat well.
    Sift flour and salt together in a separate bowl and set aside.
