Scalloped Mushroom Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 qt. greased casserole
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2/3 c. milk
    3/4 c. grated cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
Preparation
    Combine soup and milk until well blended.
    Add cheese, pimento, mushrooms and salt.
    Blend well.
    Add potatoes and mix well.
    Pour into greased casserole dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours until potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork.
