Eggplant Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 eggplant, cooked and cubed
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 c. canned tomatoes
    1 c. creamed corn
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 medium onion
    1 tsp. chopped bell pepper
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook cubed eggplant in salted water; drain.
    Add bread crumbs, tomatoes and corn.
    Saute onion and bell pepper in butter.
    Add to eggplant mixture.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Put in greased casserole; top with cheese and bread crumbs.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
