Cloud Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1 beaten egg
2/3 c. milk
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together.
Using pastry blender, cut in butter until consistency of coarse meal.
Add milk and egg.
Stir with fork until soft dough forms.
Turn onto floured surface. Knead gently 10 to 12 times.
Roll to 1/2 inch thickness.
Cut with 2 inch cutter.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until brown.
