Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12.5 oz.) can white chunk chicken
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 stick butter, melted
    12 oz. sour cream
    1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
    3 1/2 c. rice
    2 Tbsp. poppy seed
Preparation
    Mix soup, sour cream and poppy seed in bowl.
    In separate bowl, mix crackers and butter.
    Prepare rice according to directions.
    Place rice in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
    Spread bite size pieces of chicken across rice.
    Pour soup mixture on top of chicken.
    Top with crushed crackers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
