Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 large Delicious apples, peeled and diced
2 cups sugar
1 1/4 cup Mazola oil
2 eggs
3 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts

Preparation

Mix in order listed.
Bake in bundt pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
