Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1 onion
1/2 lb. mushrooms
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can water
1 c. raw rice
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Brown hamburger, onion and mushrooms. Drain off grease.
Add soups, water, rice, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil.
Boil for 2 minutes. Transfer mixture to a large covered casserole dish. Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for approximately 1 hour.
