Seafoam Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites, unbeaten
    1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    dash of salt
    1/3 c. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix egg whites, sugar, salt and water in top of double boiler. Beat over boiling water with sturdy beater or at high speed of electric mixer 7 minutes or until peaks form.
    Remove from water; add vanilla.
    Beat 1 minute.
    Frosts two layers.
