Spinach Pesto - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. fresh spinach leaves, washed and dried
2 c. parsley
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. olive oil
1/3 c. pine nuts, almonds or walnuts
1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
2 large cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

In blender or processor, puree all ingredients until smooth. Toss with hot cooked pasta (approximately 1 pound).
Makes 4 servings.
