Chili Burgers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1 1/4 c. diced celery
1 (14 oz.) bottle catsup
2 Tbsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 medium onion, diced
3 Tbsp. vinegar
1 can tomato paste
1/2 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. chili powder
8 hamburger buns
Preparation

In glass casserole, saute ground beef, onion and celery 6 to 8 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes.
Drain off drippings.
Add vinegar, catsup, tomato sauce, mustard, water, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and chili powder; stir to blend.
Cook, covered, 8 to 10 minutes.
Heat buns wrapped in terry towel 1 minute.
Spoon mixture on heated buns.
