Layered Chalupa Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

lettuce
2 cans refried beans with sausage
4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped tomatoes
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. mashed avocado
1/2 c. pitted, chopped black olives
Preparation

Arrange lettuce around the edge of a large serving platter. Heat refried beans and sausage until hot.
Spread on bottom of platter.
Add Cheddar cheese; sprinkle evenly over beans.
Do same with chopped tomatoes.
Add sour cream (does not have to be spread evenly).
Next, add mashed avocado.
This goes over the sour cream (will extend beyond sour cream or you may surround sour cream). Sprinkle pitted, chopped black olives on top of avocado.
Add large chips around platter for dipping.
