Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 or 8 chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. poppy seed
8 oz. sour cream
1 stack Ritz crackers
1 stick margarine
Preparation

Boil and debone chicken.
Place in bottom of casserole dish. Mix together soup, poppy seed and sour cream.
Pour over chicken. Melt margarine and mix with stack of crackers (crumbled). Sprinkle over soup mix.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
