Hawaiian Chicken - cooking recipe

2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut into serving pieces
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. packed dark brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
pinch of cayenne pepper
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained (syrup reserved)
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained (syrup reserved)
3 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Arrange chicken in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch oblong baking dish with the thicker, meatier portions facing toward the outside of the dish.
