Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 c. uncooked small macaroni
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. water
2 to 3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Preparation

Cook meat until brown, then add all other ingredients.
