Banana Split Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 c. powdered sugar
2 sticks margarine, softened
2 eggs
1 large can crushed pineapple
4 to 5 bananas
1 large Cool Whip
maraschino cherries
chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix
together for 15 minutes the powdered sugar, margarine and eggs.
Crumble the graham crackers into a 9 x 12-inch pan.
Drain well
1 large can crushed pineapple and spread on top of egg mixture.
Slice 4 to 5 bananas on top of pineapple. Top
with
1 large Cool Whip.
Cut maraschino cherries in half and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
Refrigerate for 12 hours.
