Ingredients

3 c. brown sugar
3 c. margarine, at room temperature
6 c. uncooked oatmeal
1 Tbsp. baking soda
3 c. flour
raisins and nuts (optional)
Preparation

Put all ingredients in huge bowl and mash, knead, squeeze, slap and beat.
Form dough into walnut size balls.
Butter bottom of small glass, then dip the glass in granulated sugar and use the glass to smash the balls flat.
You need to butter glass 1 to 2 times but re-dip it in sugar for each ball.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12minutes.
