Cheddar Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    3 oz. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 Tbsp. green onion
    1 Tbsp. diced pimento
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/3 to 1/2 c. snipped parsley or walnuts
Preparation
    Bring Cheddar cheese and cream cheese to room temperature. Add milk, green onion, pimento and Worcestershire sauce to cheeses.
    Mix well.
    Cover after shaping into a ball.
    Chill 4 to 24 hours.
