Polenta(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cornmeal
    1 c. cold water
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. boiling water (or more)
Preparation
    Mix together until smooth in a large microwave-safe bowl.
    Add 3 cups boiling water; stir well.
    Cover with Saran wrap and microwave on High for 7 to 10 minutes.
    Remove; stir well.
    If too thick, more water may be added.
    Put back into microwave for 7 to 10 more minutes on High.
    This is done in 15 to 20 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
