Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. Jiffy cornbread
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 sticks oleo, melted
    16 oz. carton cottage cheese
    1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thaw and squeeze out excess moisture
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Bake in a 370\u00b0 oven for approximately 35 minutes or until lightly brown using a large rectangle pan.
    Refrigerate leftovers.
    This freezes well.
