Garden Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. vinegar
    2/3 c. light oil
    3 tsp. sugar or artificial sweetener (1 to 2 packets)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1 clove garlic, squeezed
Preparation
    Stir and refrigerate for later use.
