Stephanie'S Mexican Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chopped onion
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 lb. boneless chicken breast, cooked and chopped
    1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese
    1 bag nacho cheese Doritos
    1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Combine onion, Rot-tel tomatoes, soup (no water added), chicken, Velveeta (cubed) and Doritos (crushed).
    Mix well and pour into casserole dish.
    Top with grated Cheddar cheese. Microwave 5 to 6 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted.
