Vegetable Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) crescent rolls
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 oz. salad dressing (dry)
    1/4 c. Ranch dressing
    1 c. chopped broccoli
    1 c. chopped cauliflower
    1/2 c. red or green pepper
    1/2 c. shredded carrot
    8 oz. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Unroll crescent rolls.
    Press into slightly greased pizza pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 until lightly browned.
    Cool.
