Black Bean Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked black beans or 2 (15 oz.) cans
1 1/2 c. frozen white Shoe Peg corn kernels
1 1/2 c. ripe tomatoes, diced
1 bunch scallions, sliced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 to 3 tsp. Tabasco sauce
2 tsp. cumin
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. white pepper
cilantro to taste (optional)
chopped garlic to taste (optional)
Preparation

Combine.
Chill and serve with tortilla chips.
