Easy Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. minced onion
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. salt
8 oz. can mushrooms
1 can Campbell's cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1/3 c. cooking sherry (optional)
Preparation

Saute onion and garlic powder.
Add meat and brown.
Add flour, salt, pepper and mushrooms.
Cook 5 minutes.
Add soup; simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.
Stir in sour cream.
Heat through.
If sherry is used, double the amount of flour and add sherry with soup.
Serve over egg noodles or rice.
