Provencal Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    6 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    2 Tbsp. plain yogurt
    1 c. olive oil
Preparation
    Put mustard, lemon juice, garlic and yogurt in a glass bowl. Slowly whisk olive oil in and whisk thoroughly until the mixture thickens.
    Refrigerate at least 2 hours to allow flavors to blend. Especially good with salads containing meat.
