"Not Your Mom'S" Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) loaf Vienna bread
    6 eggs
    3 1/2 c. whole milk
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. light cream or half and half
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. raisins
    Caramel Sauce
Preparation
    Cut bread into 1-inch cubes. Spread in a shallow baking pan. Cover loosely and let dry overnight.
