Strawberry, Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cut rhubarb
2 c. cut strawberries
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. light brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
5 Tbsp. quick cooking tapioca
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
crust for two-crust pie
Preparation

Line 9-inch pie plate with half the pastry.
Combine rhubarb, strawberries, sugar, salt, tapioca and cinnamon and pour mixture into pie shell.
Dot with butter.
Cover with a lattice top crust. Bake in a hot oven (400\u00b0) for 45 minutes.
