Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. molasses
3 Tbsp. flour
butter (the size of an egg)
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Add sugar, flour, molasses and butter.
Put in unbaked tart shells.
Makes 6 small tarts.
Bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 until appears done as the consistency of a chess pie.
