Ingredients

2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chilled butter, cut into pieces
1 c. milk
Preparation

Mix together until a firm dough forms.
Turn dough out onto a floured surface and divide into 4 equal pieces.
Using a floured rolling pin, roll each piece into a 7 to 8-inch circle.
Place on greased baking sheet.
