Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sausage, bacon or ham
    3 to 4 slices white bread or hash browns
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    1 onion
    1 green pepper
    1 jar Cheez Whiz
    sour cream
    salsa
Preparation
    Cook meat and drain; butter 9 x 13 pan. Put in layer of white bread cubes or hash browns. Put meat on top of bread or hash browns. Add layer of Cheddar cheese. Pour over the mixture: 4 beaten eggs, 1 teaspoon salt and 2 cups milk. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour (covered). Add onion and green peppers to top. Also add microwaved Cheez Whiz on top. Also can add sour cream and salsa for topping.
