Country Fried Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    4 cube steaks
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    In plastic bag or bowl, combine flour, salt and pepper. Place buttermilk in shallow pan or bowl. Coat steaks with flour mix, then dip into buttermilk and coat with cracker crumbs.
