Green Chile Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 clove garlic, pressed
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
    1 (12 oz.) jar Ortega mild thick and chunky salsa
    1 (4 oz.) can Ortega diced green chiles
    hot cooked rice or flour tortillas
    dairy sour cream (optional)
Preparation
    In medium skillet, over medium-high heat, cook chicken, onion and garlic in oil until chicken is no longer pink.
    Add salsa, chiles and oregano.
    Simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes.
    Serve over rice or in tortillas.
    Top with sour cream, if desired.
    Makes 6 servings.
