Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

1 chicken
2 tsp. salt
1 (16 oz.) pkg. stuffing mix
1 stick margarine
1/2 c. onion
1 tsp. pepper
2 chicken bouillon cubes
Preparation

Boil chicken, salt, pepper, onions and bouillon cubes.
Take chicken off bone and set aside.
Save 5 cups broth and mix margarine with it and stuffing mix.
Pour stuffing mix in pan, sprinkle chicken over stuffing mix and mix lightly until moist. Pour some more broth over top and bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
