Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine, melted and cooled
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. pecans
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 pie shell
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well with a fork.
Pour into an unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
