Blue Cheese Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. Blue cheese
    1/4 c. commercial sour cream
    3/4 c. salad oil (not olive)
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. white pepper
    1/4 c. buttermilk
    1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
Preparation
    In small bowl with fork, mash the Blue cheese.
    Gradually work in the sour cream, buttermilk and vinegar.
    Add salt and pepper. Add oil; beat hard, preferably with a wire whip, to make as smooth as possible.
    Makes 1 1/4 cups.
    Put in jar, cover tightly and store in refrigerator.
