Betty'S Brown Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. graham flour
    2 to 2 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 c. molasses
    1 c. raisins
    4 1/4 to 4 1/2 c. flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. caraway seed
    1 c. dark seedless raisins
    2 c. buttermilk
    butter and sugar
Preparation
    Mix 4 cups flour with dry ingredients.
    Add raisins, mixing them with fingers to separate.
    Add buttermilk and mix with fork until mixture forms a dough.
    Sprinkle 1/4 cup flour on surface, turn out and knead dough about 5 minutes.
    Form into smooth, round loaf.
