Fried Green Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large green tomatoes (firm), cut in 1/2-inch slices
    1/2 c. corn meal
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Wash and slice tomatoes.
    Combine meal, salt, pepper and paprika.
    Dredge tomatoes in this and fry in skillet, with a 1/4-inch of oil, until brown, turning once.
    Serves 6.
