Party Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8-10 medium potatoes
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
4 oz. carton sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. butter
Touch of paprika
Chives
Preparation

Peel and slice potatoes.
Boil until tender and drain.\tBeat softened cream cheese and sour cream at medium speed until well blended.
Add hot potatoes gradually, beating until light and fluffy.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Add chives and toss carefully.
Put in a 2 quart greased casserole.
Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake
325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
